The Acorn Residence Inn is located in Elon, North Carolina.

The town homes and studios are Fully Furnished right down to the mattress.

They are All Inclusive with all Utilities, Water, Gas, Electric, Cable, Trash, Internet, and on-site Laundry, built-in Workstations. (Washer/Dryer inside the Two Bedroom Townhouse Large).

Two bedroom units are to be occupied by no more than two people.

One bed Studios and One Bedroom Townhouses by are to be occupied by one person unless married.

Prices start at $445 on the studio and get cheaper for the longer terms. Example for this size is $425 if you are renting for more than 12 months. Remember, that’s everything.

Prices start at $595 on the two bed room per person and go to $565 if you are renting for more than 12 months. Two bedroom townhomes can have separate or combined leases. Choosing your own roommate requires one lease and allows you to sublease to your roommate.
